Forrest Hamm dba Crimson Quarters, LLC calls Morganton, Georgia his home and has lived in the area since 2000. He is a member of the Kiwanis Club of Blue Ridge and has served as President and on their Board of Directors. He has also served the Northeast Georgia Board of REALTORS® as the Technology Chairperson, the MLS Chairperson, as well as a Georgia Association of REALTORS® Director. After meeting with much success early in his real estate career as a Land Specialist in Upstate New York, Forrest moved to Georgia and purchased a RE/MAX franchise in Blue Ridge in 2002, added additional locations in Ellijay, Jasper, Blairsville, and Big Canoe, and developed RE/MAX Around The Mountains, one of the top real estate offices in North Georgia. In 2004, at the age of 28, RE/MAX International honored Forrest with their Broker/Owner of the Year Award, the highest honor a broker can receive in the RE/MAX organization. In the same year, he was awarded the Broker/Owner of the Year Award by RE/MAX of Georgia. After selling the business to close friends in early 2012, Forrest retains his real estate broker's license as well as adding the Georgia Licensed Residential Contractor license to his professional achievements. Forrest is enjoying the resurgent local real estate market by building and selling residential homes in Fannin County, both large and small.
